Search Envy, LLC (“Search Envy”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Search Envy uses artificial intelligence to analyze and optimize user data in real time, but:

  • The AI operates only within the context of your authorized data.
  • No user data is stored, retained for model training, or used to train any AI system.
  • Data is temporarily processed and securely discarded after completion.

6. Data Security

We maintain technical and organizational safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction of your data. All sensitive transmissions occur over SSL-encrypted connections (HTTPS). OAuth authorizations are handled through Google’s secure protocols, and credentials are never stored or transmitted to Search Envy servers.


7. Data Retention

  • User Data: Retained while your account remains active. Deleted upon request or account closure (within 30 days).
  • Billing Records: Retained for up to 10 years to comply with financial regulations.
  • OAuth Tokens: Revoked immediately upon account disconnection or termination.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Withdraw consent to data processing or revoke OAuth access at any time via your Google Account permissions page.
