• Google Search Console: Site performance, query data, and the ability to submit sitemaps or update verified properties if authorized.

We only access data necessary to provide our automation and optimization services. We do not use this data for ad targeting, profiling, or AI model training.

3. How We Use the Data

Search Envy processes data for the following legitimate purposes:

• Service Operation: To automate and manage marketing and analytics services on your behalf.
• Account Management: To authenticate, manage, and secure your user account.
• Billing: To process payments through our authorized payment processor (Stripe).

Search Envy’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Authorized employees who require it to provide the Service.
• Trusted processors, under GDPR-compliant agreements:
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) – cloud infrastructure
  • Stripe, Inc. – payment processing
  • Google LLC – analytics and authorization

All processors comply with relevant security frameworks (e.g., GDPR, DPA, Privacy Shield, ISO certifications).

5. AI and Data Processing

Search Envy uses artificial intelligence to analyze and optimize user data in real time, but:

• The AI operates only within the context of your authorized data.
• No user data is stored, retained for model training, or used to train any AI system.
• Data is temporarily processed and securely discarded after completion.

6. Data Security

We maintain technical and organizational safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction of your data. All sensitive transmissions occur over SSL-encrypted connections (HTTPS). OAuth authorizations are handled through Google’s secure protocols, and credentials are never stored or transmitted to Search Envy servers.

7. Data Retention

• User Data: Retained while your account remains active. Deleted upon request or account closure (within 30 days).
• Billing Records: Retained for up to 10 years to comply with financial regulations.
• OAuth Tokens: Revoked immediately upon account disconnection or termination.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Withdraw consent to data processing or revoke OAuth access at any time via your Google Account permissions page.
• Request data portability or restriction of processing.

9. Data Transfers
