My question to this book is what do you do with products that are no better than your competitors. She addresses this in the book a bit but I’d like to hear. Apple had 1000 songs in your pocket, not even the biggest option on the market. Lucky Strike cigarettes were toasted, but so were everyone else’s. How do you position when your differentiators aren’t any better than your competitors.
